What We Do 

At Mississippi River Ministry, we make it our mission to spread the love of God and help those less fortunate through missions, prayer, and community involvement with the region’s churches. We invite volunteers and local churches to help with our ministry opportunities. Our motto is, “Impacting Lostness, Confronting Poverty,” so we make it our top priority to carry out hunger ministries and many others that help children and families in the Mississippi River region.

Get Involved— Short Term and Long Term Mission Volunteer Opportunities 

Short Term Mission Volunteers 
— In 2016, Mississippi River Ministry had 16,657 STMV working on 121 projects and seeing 667 Profession of Faith in Christ Jesus.
— In 2017, Mississippi River Ministry had 18,323 STMV working on 133 projects seeing 796 Profession of Faith in Christ Jesus.
